I am very thankful once again for your support on my village of Mnase. Despite the fact that you provide lots of support in that dispensary but it is very disappoint indeed. This is so due to the poor attendance of the assigned Clinical Officer in that dispensary. He is truant. It may be found that for the working days/week, he only attend two to three days. And some nights don’t like ever to wake up to dispense patients.
Even the attendant nurses working there as volunteers are of low level, that is to say they are first aid specialists, who took one year course of First Aid in Dodoma town. According to their profession they are not allowed to prescribe the patients but they do so after being ordered by their boss who is a clinical officer.
It is also heard that the medicines don’t take long time to be used though they are provided sufficiently by the responsible authorities.
As an activist, who he eager to help my local people who lack the echoed voice which can be taken into account by the authorities. I stand upon here to disclose these issues so as to get aware of what is there, although I know that the government officers give you the other side.
Please dear donors let us be together to help these people who are poor economically and educationally.
All the best for the betterment of the poor people.
